At Exzellent Aura, we strive to deliver your favorite beauty and skincare products safely, quickly, and affordably to your doorstep. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Delivery Coverage
We proudly deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through our trusted courier partners such as Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days (for most major cities).

Remote Areas: 5–7 working days (depending on courier accessibility).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive an SMS or email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer:

Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 250 nationwide.

Free Shipping: Available on special promotions or orders exceeding a certain amount (as mentioned on our website).
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before final payment.
4. Order Processing
Once you place your order:

You’ll receive an order confirmation via SMS or email.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s delivery status.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For your convenience, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel and have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusals of confirmed COD orders may result in the restriction of future orders.
6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
While we work closely with reliable courier partners, unexpected delays (due to weather, strikes, or public holidays) may occur.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team so we can assist you promptly.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with the wrong item, kindly contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
8. Change of Address
If you wish to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 6 hours of order placement.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.
9. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you can track your parcel using the tracking link or number shared via SMS or email.
If you face any tracking issues, contact our support team for assistance.
10. International Shipping (Future Plan)
Currently, Exzellent Aura ships only within Pakistan.
However, we plan to expand our delivery network internationally soon to serve our global beauty community. Stay tuned for updates!
