1. Are your products authentic and original?

Yes! At Exzellent Aura, we only sell 100% genuine and authentic products from trusted and authorized brands.
We source directly from official distributors and verified suppliers to ensure you always receive safe and original cosmetics and skincare products.


2. How many days will my order take to deliver?

Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for most locations across Pakistan.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.


3. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re sorry if this happens! In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


4. Do you have a return or exchange policy?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

If the product you received is not as described, you’ll receive a 100% cash refund or product replacement (as per your preference).

5. I didn’t receive any order confirmation. What should I do?

You’ll normally receive an order confirmation email or SMS within 12-24 hours of placing your order.
If you haven’t received one, please:

Yes! Exzellent Aura delivers all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. Delivery charges may vary depending on your location.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our support team.
Once the parcel is shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
