Returns & Exchanges Policy – Exzellent Aura

At Exzellent Aura, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To qualify for an exchange:

    • The product must not be used, opened, or damaged.

    • All original packaging, seals, and tags must be intact.

    • The original invoice/receipt must be provided.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Refund Policy

  • We currently offer cash refunds only in case of incorrect, damaged, or defective items received.

  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after the product is returned and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or opened cosmetic and skincare products.

  • Free gifts or sample products.


4. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via email at support@exzellentaura.com with:

    • Your order number,

    • Images of the product, and

    • A brief description of the issue.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

  3. Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged.


5. Important Notes

  • Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical retail outlets, and vice versa.

  • We reserve the right to reject exchanges or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Please ensure products are securely packaged before sending them back to avoid any damage in transit.
